Method:
1. Put Oil In A Pan. 2. Add Ginger, Garlic & Black Cardamom. 3. Add Onion. 4. Add Cloves & Cinnamon. 5. Add Cumin Seeds, Mace & Bay Leaf. 6. Fry It Well. 7. Add Chopped Carrot & Green Peas. 8. Add Soaked Rice & Mix It Well. 9. Add Water. 10. Add Salt To Taste. 11. Garnish With Fresh Green Chilies & Coriander.
